In deze reeks van 4 workshops met Goelfija Muratshina leer je met de hand naaien — op rekbare geweven stof, met naald en draad. Terwijl alles sneller en digitaler wordt, vertragen we. Tastbaar, experimenteel, een beetje rebels.
Samen doorloop je het hele proces: van je eerste steek tot een zelfgemaakt product. Jij kiest wat je wil maken — een kledingstuk, een tas, of iets heel anders. Alle materialen zijn voorzien, beginners zijn van harte welkom.
Sessie 1 — Praktische introductie: handsteken leren en oefenen
Sessie 2 — Ontwerpen: jouw product ontwerpen en het patroon tekenen
Sessie 3 & 4 — Product maken
Deze workshops bouwen op elkaar voort. Deelname aan alle 4 sessies is daarom gewenst.
De workshops worden gegeven in het Nederlands, maar zijn toegankelijk voor iedereen. We gebruiken eenvoudige, duidelijke taal, laten alles stap voor stap zien en vertalen waar nodig, zodat iedereen kan meedoen.
Deelname is gratis, maar aanmelden is verplicht. Als je ervoor kiest om een donatieticket te kopen, steun je daarmee Dokhuis en help je ons om ook andere evenementen gratis te houden.
Goelfija Muratshina is textielmaker met 25 jaar ervaring. Ze kan alles maken met stof en draad, en dat is geen overdrijving. Haar kracht zit in de combinatie van sterk technisch inzicht en een uitgesproken creatieve blik. Dat is ook wat haar kleidingmerk USE defineert. Ze deelt haar creativiteit en kennis graag, door haar ontwerpen, workshops en de verhalen die de stof vertelt.

In this series of 4 workshops with Goelfija Muratshina, you’ll learn to sew by hand, using a needle and thread. While around us the world is becoming faster and more digital, we’re taking it slow. Hands-on, experimental, and a little bit rebellious.
Together, we’ll go through the entire process: from your first stitch to a handmade product. You choose what you want to make—a garment, a bag, or something entirely different. All materials are provided, and beginners are welcome.
Session 1 — Practical introduction: learning and practicing hand stitches
Session 2 — Design: designing your product and drawing the pattern
Sessions 3 & 4 — Making the product
These workshops build on one another. Participation in all 4 sessions is therefore recommended.
The workshops are conducted in Dutch, but are accessible to everyone. We use simple, clear language, demonstrate everything step by step, and translate where necessary, so that everyone can participate.
Participation is free, but registration is required. If you choose to purchase a donation ticket, you’ll be supporting Dokhuis and helping us keep other events free as well.
