Filmclub is een initiatief van International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). Filmclub zorgt ervoor dat (aankomende) filmliefhebbers, jonge filmmakers en creatieven bij elkaar komen op verschillende plekken in de stad om films te kijken en interesses uit te wisselen.
Tijdens deze Dokhuis-editie kijken we naar films die een performance zijn.

The Battle of Empty Stomachs (23 min) -Diana Al-Halabi**
De films zijn in verschillende talen, maar met Engelse ondertiteling.
Een of meerdere makers zullen op de avond aanwezig zijn.
Entree is gratis, met een donatieticket zorg je ervoor dat ook andere activiteiten in Dokhuis gratis kunnen plaats vinden.

Filmclub is an initiative of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). Filmclub brings (upcoming) film lovers, young filmmakers, and creatives together at various locations in the city to watch films and exchange interests.
During this Dokhuis edition, we will watch films that are performances:

Pleasant Hell (17 min) by Suzanne Koopstra,
The Battle of Empty Stomachs (23 min) by Diana Al-Halabi.**
One or more filmmakers will be present during the evening.
Movies are in different languages, but with English subtitles.
Admission is free, but with a donation ticket, you help ensure that other activities at Dokhuis can also take place for free.
