Yahli Zylberstein is a singer-songwriter and guitarist who’s been writing songs for years as a way to explore his thoughts, understand his emotions, and connect with the world around him. Music has always been a space where he feels most at home. It’s where he can be honest. Vulnerable. Playful. Brave.
On the 20th of june, he’ll be sharing that space with us at Dokhuis during an evening of live music that’s close to his heart. With him on stage will be Igor Ambrosim, a gifted pianist whose sensitivity and musicality bring Igor’s songs to life in new and beautiful ways. Together, they’ll perform a collection of mostly original songs, along with a few covers that have inspired them along the way.
The music lives in the space between folk, blues, and singer-songwriter traditions—simple, soulful, and rooted in storytelling. Every song carries a story: some quiet and reflective, some emotional, some lighter and more playful. The lyrics are personal but open-ended, leaving space for your own memories and meanings to find their place.
Between songs, Igor will be sharing stories about where the music comes from—moments from life, thoughts about love and change, questions he’s still sitting with, creating an atmosphere that feels less like a stage and more like a living room—warm, open, and human.
